Relational Database Implementation Problem: 1

Stored programs should be checked for consistency with existing table definitions at the time of CREATE; alteration of the schema should re-check the consistency of stored programs. Getting run-time errors for what should be checked at ‘compile time’ is balderdash.

In this photo you can clearly see Morgan’s lack of a tail. Despite being very friendly and well-versed in the correct dog approaching protocol she is unable to send the most common body-language signals of dog goodwill: the tail wag. Notice how uncertain the other dog is of Morgan.
